We want everyone to be able to use this service. It is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What you can do

• Use the whole service with a keyboard, a screen reader or voice control.
• Zoom up to 400% without text spilling off the screen.
• Use your device's dark mode, larger text and reduced motion settings.
• Type the details of your letter yourself if you can't take a photo.

How we test it

Every page is checked automatically with axe, and we test the main journeys with a keyboard and a screen reader.

Known problems

Letters we send for you are PDF files. If you need a letter in another format, contact us.
