What we do

We read the parking charge, council penalty charge notice or motoring notice you send us, and write a challenge to the company or council that sent it. If they reject it, we write the appeal to POPLA, the IAS or the parking tribunal for you to send.

We are not a law firm, we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we do not handle court claims, bailiffs or debts. We never file anything at a court or tribunal for you or represent you at a hearing.

Price

The price is fixed for each letter: £29 for parking charges and council PCNs, £119 for motoring notices. Nothing is added later.

Cancelling

You can cancel within 14 days of the day you pay for a case. If you asked us to start work straight away and then cancel, we keep a fair share of the price for the work already done. Once the service has been fully performed, you can no longer cancel.
